Irish Head Chef Selina, has spent many years in North America, Asia & Europe where she managed various teams of chefs and kitchen assistants along her culinary journey.

Alan & Selina have both spent many years living in majestic landscapes around the world, which is key to their inspiration behind their wonderful dishes they create together.

They have catered for many beautiful private & luxurious dinner parties Large family occasions, rustic style weddings, Holy Celebrations & corporate events.
